深紅寶石色澤，中身酒體，帶有柔和圓潤的單寧。有濃厚的香氣，充滿櫻桃、紅莓、紫蘿蘭味道而微辣。丹寧與酸度適中，配合熟紅果實的餘韻令酒體更豐富。
建議飲用前先稍稍冷藏至13°C。在未來1至2年配搭火腿、火雞、芝士或沙律享用。

Deep ruby-purple in color, medium in body, with soft, round tannins. It offers a beautiful nose and palate of cherries, raspberries, violets and spice. With well balanced fruit, acidity and tannins, the wine shows ripe red fruit on the lasting finish.  The wine is recommended to be slightly chilled to 13°C.  Enjoy over the next 1-2 years with Thanksgiving turkey & trimmings, poultry, salads, and cheeses.
